Often times we can lose sight of our purpose and get lost in the “sea of information”. The whole time thinking we are making progress but really going nowhere.
This exercise is something I picked up years ago that helps me stay aligned with my mission and life purpose. Pretty self explanatory but essentially our alignment can be broken down into town main parts:
Values and Priorities.
